Peak Paper Co ships across Canada & USA. The average processing time for art prints and art kits to ship is 1-3 business days. Shipping can take 2-14 business days depending on your location. If you choose tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow along. 

Peak Paper Co is not responsible for shipping delays once items are on route or for incorrectly entered mailing addresses. Please email hello@peakpaperco.com in case of lost or damaged TRACKABLE items and Brittany will open an investigation by Canada Post. If you did NOT choose tracking, please allow up to 30 business days for lost items to arrive.

LIVE ART

Peak Paper Co will provide a live art quote and services agreement based on your inquiry. Once services are secured, services cannot be canceled unless the event can be rescheduled to a future mutually agreed upon date and time. Peak Paper Co will not cancel except for proven inability to perform due to sickness, accident, or other legitimate causes beyond their control.
