FAQ:

What’s the best time to arrive? Please arrive at 2pm (or before 2:30) if possible

What’s parking like? The Alton Mill has ample free parking, with street parking also available on surrounding streets. Four 30-amp level 2 EV chargers are active on the Flo network and located conveniently in the central parking lot.

How do we get inside The Pond Gallery? The book launch party is inside The Pond Gallery, which is located on the second floor of the Alton Mill, easily accessible by stairs or elevator.

Is the venue accessible? Yes! Alton Mill offers designated, accessible parking spaces, as well as level entrances, large washrooms, and an elevator.

Can I bring my mom/partner/ friend/my kids? Yes, please do! You’re welcome to bring up to 3 additional guests. Kids are welcome too and there will be a small kid-friendly table set up—the event will mostly be geared toward grown-ups, with an author talk and a few other activities, so it’s best for little ones who’d be happy to sit in on that.

Is there a dress code? I love any excuse to dress up, but wear whatever makes you happy. Maybe you’ll get inspired by the colours in the book cover!
